Working with the project architects, Hyphae designed the grading and stormwater strategies for dealing with both on-site water management as well as a flash flood stormwater management basement, used to alleviate site-specific upstream campus flooding issues. In addition, Hyphae worked on the waterproofing design for the living roof, as well as the greywater reuse for landscape and interior toilet flushing.
